Cloud Server
Enterprise cloud server infrastructure
We size vCPU, RAM and NVMe capacity around your workload, then complete the operating system install, licensing and security configuration before handover. You don't pick a fixed package — you get exactly what you need.
- Isolated private network
- 10 Gbps
- Standard on every disk

What is a cloud server, and when is it the right choice?
A cloud server is a slice of physical hardware, partitioned by a virtualisation layer and dedicated to you. The allocated vCPU, RAM and NVMe capacity serves only your workload, and it can be resized without swapping hardware when your requirements change.
Buying physical servers forces you to commit capacity against a three-to-five year forecast. Under-forecast and you hit a bottleneck; over-forecast and you have idle capital. Because a cloud capacity decision is reversible, that risk disappears.
At EG678 Cloud servers run on VMware ESXi. Every customer sits in their own isolated VLAN, so a neighbouring customer's traffic never touches your network segment. Backup runs on Veeam, monitoring on Zabbix, and network security on FortiGate and pfSense.
- Scaling up does not require a reinstall
- A dedicated VLAN per customer; neighbour traffic stays invisible
- OS and licence installation completed before handover
- Daily and weekly backup schedule with Veeam
- CPU, memory, disk and network threshold alerts via Zabbix
Features
The technical backbone
Every server ships with the same core components; only capacity and operating system choice differ.
Dedicated vCPU allocation
CPU share is reserved for your server, so neighbouring workloads cannot cause performance swings at peak hours.
NVMe SSD storage
The entire disk pool is NVMe. Database write latency and random read performance are markedly better than SATA SSD.
10 Gbps isolated VLAN
Traffic between your servers flows over a 10 Gbps private network, independent of internet egress. Splitting app and database tiers costs nothing.
FortiGate & pfSense
Hardware firewalling at the network edge and rule-based filtering in front of the server. Port and source-IP policies are written to your requirements.
24/7 Zabbix monitoring
CPU, memory, disk usage, service state and network metrics are collected continuously. When a threshold trips, our operations team knows before you do.
Microsoft SPLA licensing
We provide Windows Server and SQL Server licences under the monthly SPLA model — legal usage rights without an upfront licence purchase.
Process
How deployment works
We deliver in four steps once we receive your request. Typical turnaround runs from a few hours to one business day depending on workload complexity.
- 01
Requirements analysis
We discuss application type, concurrent users, data volume and backup expectations, then size capacity from those inputs.
- 02
Configuration and licensing
vCPU, RAM and NVMe figures are fixed alongside the operating system and required licences, then quoted in writing.
- 03
Deployment and hardening
The server is created in an isolated VLAN, the OS is installed, and firewall rules plus monitoring agents are configured.
- 04
Handover and go-live
Access details, the backup schedule and monitoring thresholds are shared. Our team stays involved throughout the migration.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can I increase server resources later?
Yes. vCPU, RAM and disk capacity can be increased without a reinstall. The change is applied in a planned maintenance window and in most cases needs only a brief restart.
Do I need to buy the Windows licence myself?
No. We are a Microsoft SPLA partner and provide Windows Server and SQL Server licences on a monthly usage model. If you prefer to bring your own licence, we review eligibility with you.
Where is my server hosted?
You can choose between our Istanbul and Europe data centres. Organisations with a domestic user base or data residency requirements usually pick Istanbul; those serving European markets choose the Europe location.
Where are backups stored?
Veeam backups are stored on separate storage from the production server, so a server-level failure cannot damage the backups at the same time. Retention and frequency are planned around your requirements.
How long does migrating my existing server take?
It depends on data volume and application dependencies. For a typical web application and database, one business day including preparation is usually enough. We plan the cutover window and run a rehearsal before the real migration.
