Terms of Use
Terms of use
These terms describe the general framework for using the EG678 Cloud website and services. Terms specific to your organisation are shared separately in writing.
Scope
The terms on this page apply to all visitors and customers accessing the site and using our services.
Where a service is purchased, a separate service agreement is executed between the parties. In the event of any difference between these terms and that agreement, the agreement prevails.
Customer obligations
Using the service to host content contrary to applicable law, to infringe third-party rights, or to launch attacks against other systems is prohibited.
Legal responsibility for the applications you run and the content you host on your server rests with you, including licensing obligations for any third-party software you use.
Keeping your access credentials confidential is your responsibility. Please notify us without delay if you suspect unauthorised access.
Where infrastructure resources are used in a way that degrades service quality for other customers, we will contact you to resolve the situation.
Service continuity and liability
Our service level commitments are defined on the SLA page. Planned maintenance is announced in advance and placed in low-traffic hours wherever possible.
Outages arising from customer-side misconfiguration, application-level problems or force majeure fall outside the scope of the commitment.
The backup service reduces the risk of data loss but does not remove your responsibility to keep your own copy. For critical data we recommend maintaining your own backup strategy as well.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated. The current text is always published on this page, and material changes are additionally communicated to customers.
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@eg678.com.
