FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Are servers deployed from automated templates?
No. After discussing your operating system, vCPU, RAM, NVMe capacity and licensing requirements, the deployment is configured around them. You are not choosing from a list of fixed packages.
What does an isolated VLAN mean?
Each customer is assigned their own VLAN ID. Your servers communicate over a 10 Gbps private network, and neighbouring customers' traffic never appears in your segment. Transit between segments happens only through defined rules.
Do you provide Windows and SQL Server licences?
Yes. We are a Microsoft SPLA partner and provide Windows Server, SQL Server and client access licences on a monthly usage model. No upfront licence investment is required.
Where are the servers hosted?
You can choose between the Istanbul and Europe locations. Organisations with a Turkish user base or data residency requirements generally choose Istanbul.
How does backup work?
Daily and weekly backups are taken with Veeam and stored separately from production storage. Snapshots are additionally taken before risky changes, enabling a rollback within minutes. Restore scenarios are tested regularly.
What security layers are in place?
A hardware FortiGate firewall at the network edge, pfSense in the internal segments, an isolated VLAN per customer and always-on DDoS protection. Administrative access uses a VPN tunnel rather than exposing server ports to the internet.
Can I increase resources later?
Yes. vCPU, RAM and disk capacity can be increased without a rebuild. The change is applied in a maintenance window planned with you, and in most cases needs only a brief restart. Resources can also be reduced when demand falls.
Can you migrate my existing server?
Yes. We first review the existing setup and run a rehearsal migration to measure duration and surface issues. The real cutover is performed in a window planned around that measurement, with our technical team alongside you throughout.
Do I get full privileges on the server?
Yes. Root access on Linux deployments and administrator access on Windows are handed over to you. What we take on is infrastructure, network security, backup and monitoring.
How do I raise a support request?
Use the phone channel for critical incidents that stop the service, and email for planned work and configuration requests. Requests reach the technical team that built your infrastructure, not an intermediary layer.
How is pricing determined?
We don't publish fixed package prices because each deployment is configured around the requirement. Once capacity, operating system, licensing and the backup plan are settled, we prepare a written quote. The conversation is free and carries no commitment.
Where can I see the agreement and SLA terms?
The general framework of our service level commitments is on the SLA page. Terms specific to your organisation are shared in writing during the quotation stage.
