Why we work this way

Most cloud providers work from standard packages: you pick one of several vCPU, RAM and disk combinations and do the setup yourself. That model is efficient at scale, but if your requirement doesn't map onto one of the listed options you either overpay or start on insufficient capacity.

Our approach differs. We discuss the workload first, size capacity accordingly, and complete the deployment — operating system, licensing, firewall rules, backup plan, monitoring thresholds — before handover. When you receive the server, there is nothing left to install.

That means dedicating real time to each customer, so it is a model that prioritises doing the work properly over growing fast. In return, our customers spend their time on their own business rather than on infrastructure setup.

Our infrastructure choices favour maturity: VMware ESXi for virtualisation, Veeam for backup, FortiGate and pfSense for security, Zabbix for monitoring. All of them are tools that have run in production for years and whose behaviour is well understood.

  • Capacity comes from requirements analysis, not a menu
  • Deployment and configuration completed before handover
  • Licensing provided under Microsoft SPLA
  • Backup and monitoring are standard parts of the service
  • Infrastructure component choices prioritise maturity

Features

How we operate

  • Requirement first, quote second

We don't start from a price list. Proposing capacity before understanding the workload is the fastest way to guess wrong.

  • Deployment is on us

Operating system, licensing, security and backup configuration are all completed before handover.

  • Decisions based on measurement

Capacity increases and performance advice rest on Zabbix metrics; we don't grow servers on a hunch.

  • Security by default

Isolated VLANs, firewall rules and VPN access are part of the standard build, not an add-on request.

  • You're not left alone with a problem

In migrations, recoveries and incidents our technical team stays involved rather than pointing you elsewhere.

  • Explicit scope

What is our responsibility and what is yours is set out in writing before the agreement.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How large is your team?

Because our model dedicates real time to each customer, we plan our capacity accordingly. There is no intermediary layer in technical communication — the team that builds your setup is the team that supports it.

Which sectors do you work with?

We work with organisations across e-commerce, manufacturing, software and services. What matters is not the sector but what the workload demands of the infrastructure: tolerance for downtime, data volume and regulatory requirements.

Can I see your references?

You can find our reference list on the customers page. If you'd like to speak with a customer running a similar workload, we try to arrange that subject to their consent.

Let's plan your infrastructure together

Tell us what you need and we prepare a configuration and pricing specific to you. We don't sell fixed packages; we build the deployment, licensing and backup plan with you.
