Your personal data is processed by EG678 Cloud as data controller in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and related legislation.

This notice explains which data is processed for which purpose, its legal basis, and the rights available to you under the law.

Identity and contact data submitted through the contact form or by email is processed to fulfil your request, prepare a quote and conduct the contracting process. The legal basis is the establishment and performance of a contract.

Invoice and customer record data processed during the service term is handled to meet statutory retention obligations.

Server access and operation logs are processed to maintain information security and support incident investigation, on the legal basis of the controller's legitimate interest.

Your personal data is not transferred to third parties other than for legal obligations and requests from authorised public bodies.

Infrastructure providers used to deliver the service may be involved only to the extent the service requires and under confidentiality obligations.

Where hosting in the Europe location is chosen, data may be processed outside Türkiye. That choice is agreed with you at the start of the service.

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information where it is, and to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose.

Where data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, you may request its correction, and within the conditions set by law its erasure or destruction.

You may request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred.

You may object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis carried out exclusively through automated systems, and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
